POWER PROG Releases: Night Mistress

POWER PROG is proud to announce the further growth of the label and

that the highly talented Polish Heavy/Power Metal package NIGHT

MISTRESS is a part of the family from now. Our first common goal will

be to bring their second longplayer "Into The Madness" to the world at

June 20, 2014 as CD and digital download.

Already started in 2003 and after their first demo in 2005, NIGHT

MISTRESS released the EP In The Land Of The Freezing Sun in 2006

and received the first honorable mention in the local scene. By claiming

to reach a larger audience, the band recorded their first complete album

The Back Of Beyond in November 2010 and signed a deal with

California based Hell Rider Records. The album was released in North

America in April 2011 with another career boost. Furthermore the band

was able to play a lot of gigs in their home country as well as

neighboring countries and has risen to a fixed size in terms of high-

quality Heavy Metal out of Poland. In July 2012, Night Mistress recorded

the song Hand Of God and made a music video for this track which has

become a great success on YouTube and which also announced the

bands uncoming planned album.

At the beginning of May 2013, Legacy Records has released the European edition of the bands first album The

Back Of Beyond with a new artwork. At the beginning of 2014, the band inked a deal with German based

label/media company POWER PROG and with the goal to reach all Metal fans worldwide with their impressive type

of sound and exceptional professional performance.

Now NIGHT MISTRESS is ready to release their second full length strike Into The Madness and to challenge the

greats of the scene with an imposing kick ass Heavy/Power Metal album with conscious NWOBHM influences, full

of catchy, straightforward and honest tracks, a gripping straight in your face production and with Krzysztof

Sokolowski in their ranks, one of the most exceptional and most promising voices in Metal nowadays. These guys

are real hallmarks of a steadily growing Eastern European Metal scene and reach their temporarily high-carat

climax with "Into The Madness". A success story takes its course ...
