POWER PROG is proud to announce that Brazilian Melodic Power/Prog

Metallers AGE OF ARTEMIS will release their debut longplayer

"Overcoming Limits" as a special European Edition through the label on

CD from July 18th 2014, fittingly with the release of their current album

"The Waking Hour" at the same date.

Brazilian Metal band AGE OF ARTEMIS was formed in 2009 from the

idealization of drummer Pedro Senna and by involving prominent

members such as Alirio Netto (Vocals), Nathan Grego (Guitar), Gabriel

Soto (Guitar) and Giovanni Sena (Bass), all already known sizes in the

Brazilian Metal scene. Technique and musicality allied to different

influences exerted on each and including elements of Progressive and

Power Metal were their specifications.

With Edu Falaschi (Angra/Almah) they found the appropriate producer to

implement their ideas into reality. The result was the outstanding debut

album Overcoming Limits, that receives extraordinary reviews until

today and is considered as a landmark of Brazilian Metal in the recent

decade. Released in Brazil in 2011 via MS Metal Records and 2012 in

Japan through King Records, POWER PROG cared about the decent CD

distribution in Europe and North America and a proper and worldwide

digital publishing of the album in early 2013.

Now POWER PROG has decided to re-release the CD-Version of "Overcoming Limits" as a special European

Edition, also to make this stunning Power Metal masterpiece finally available more and better distributed for all fans

in Europe and North America at a reasonable and fair purchase price. This disc has an even greater interest more

than deserved, because we are talking of nothing else than a decade highlight of Brazilian Metal.

A highly recommended choice for all fans of Angra, Kamelot, Helloween, Stratovarius, Edguy, Sonata Artctica,
